Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, organized care environment
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team
Assist with feeding, hygiene and mobility while promoting patient dignity and independence
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to keep patients safe

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Previous experience in long-term care or similar clinical setting preferred
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Basic proficiency in documenting care and following care plans

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification (state-specific) required

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable assisting with mobility, feeding and hygiene tasks
