Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams with an emphasis on vascular studies
• Conduct OB scans for early pregnancy (under 14 weeks) as needed in ER settings
• Accurately document findings and chart in EPIC and manage images in Synapse PACS
• Operate and maintain GE ultrasound equipment and ensure room readiness
• Manage a busy caseload (approximately 8-12 studies per day) while maintaining patient-centered care
• Cover on-call and weekend responsibilities as assigned and float within the clinical zone if needed
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams for timely patient care

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) — RDMS/RVT preferred
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification via ARDMS required/preferred
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience with strong vascular-focused experience
• Comfortable using EPIC for charting and Synapse PACS for image management
• Valid driver’s license required for candidate submission within a 60-mile radius
• Ability to complete required orientation and provide agency radiation badge

• Comfort working nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
