Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
• Manage inpatient obstetrics and participate in deliveries and peripartum care
• Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries using daVinci XI
• Cover call as part of a 1:5 rotation, collaborating closely with certified nurse midwives
• Document care and coordinate with the care team using Epic EMR
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and contribute to a supportive group practice culture

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN (explicitly required)
• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa candidates not accepted
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Experience with surgical/OR practice and minimally invasive/robotic surgery preferred
• Comfort working collaboratively with certified nurse midwives and a multi-provider group

Education

• MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical outpatient care and inpatient obstetrics expertise
• Surgical proficiency including minimally invasive and robotic techniques
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system
• Ability to manage a busy clinic (approximately 20 patients/day) and handle call responsibilities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills within a multidisciplinary group
