Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced technology
Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes to local nursing staff promptly
Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety across multiple facilities
Accurately document and communicate cardiac arrhythmias in real time
Collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes and department metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience demonstrating cardiac monitoring skills
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam (lethal rhythms are pass/fail with one attempt)
Ability to work 2-3 day shifts for orientation on night positions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a virtual setting
