Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12 Hours Days - (36 Hour Guarantee) / Every Other Weekend / No Call

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate each patient's unique needs to create individualized care plans
Implement evidence-based interventions that make a real difference in patient outcomes
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team during your assigned shift
Monitor telemetry readings and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery

Qualifications

Active Illinois nursing license required
Minimum 3 years of Med Surg experience
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
ACLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of start
Strong assessment and care planning skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Clinical leadership and team coordination
Med Surg and Telemetry monitoring expertise
Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
