Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing staff and therapy colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
Document care and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team
Support patients through recovery journeys that help them regain strength and independence

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating a mix of inpatient and outpatient diagnoses
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Wound care knowledge welcomed but not mandatory
Flexibility to rotate holidays with the team
Reliable attendance and commitment to patient care
