Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call rotation including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Mentor staff while enhancing nursing competencies and building a positive culture
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support with moderate sedation
Manage staffing ratios and ensure exceptional patient care across cardiac, vascular, and critical care cases
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for patients with complex needs

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong background in critical care, telemetry, and vasoactive drip management
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff oversight

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Proficiency with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips confidently
Experience with moderate sedation and all common ICU and Cath Lab drips
Strong leadership presence with a focus on team development
