Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care during assigned shifts
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Measure, record, and report vital signs accurately and promptly
Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff and supervisors
Maintain clear, timely documentation and assist with electronic charting
Support a safe, respectful environment that promotes patient dignity

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations and following care plans
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during assigned shifts
Prior experience in patient care, long-term care, or acute settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in patient care and basic clinical procedures
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Infection control, safety practices, and adherence to protocols
Clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff
Basic documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records
