Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across assigned shifts
• Assess, monitor and document patient condition changes accurately
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications and follow-up
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse credential (Class: RN or LPN)
• Active state license to practice nursing (ME licensure or appropriate compact status preferred)
• Relevant clinical experience — per diem/new openings welcome
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or diploma for RNs; LPN program for LPNs). BSN preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Effective communication and teamwork with staff and families
• Safe medication administration and accurate documentation
• Comfortable working overnight hours and managing acute scenarios
• Familiarity with electronic health records and standard nursing workflows
