Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents during the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Monitor resident condition, report changes, and escalate concerns to the care team
• Complete and maintain resident documentation, including MDS-related entries when applicable
• Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity through attentive bedside care
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Colorado LPN license (required)
• Long-term care (LTC) experience (required)
• MDS experience preferred
• Availability to work nights
• Willingness to reside in furnished shared housing (no pets, no smoking) if using housing option

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN licensure in Colorado

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of long-term care practices and resident-centered care
• Medication administration and documentation skills
• Familiarity with MDS processes and accurate clinical charting
• Good clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently overnight and as part of a team
