Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
Assist the nursing team with safe patient transfers and mobility
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Support patient dignity and comfort while following infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
State registry or licensure as required by California
Ability to work night shifts and flexible per-diem schedules
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members
Dependable, punctual, and able to perform physical aspects of patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and patient hygiene assistance
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Understanding of infection control and standard precautions
Basic charting and documentation skills
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication
