Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, transfers, and feeding as needed
Monitor and accurately document vital signs, intake/output, and patient status
Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
Support safe environment practices including infection control and fall prevention
Build rapport with patients and families to create a calm, reassuring experience

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Active BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to work the scheduled night shift (07:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
Comfort with electronic charting or willingness to learn facility documentation
Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset

Education

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program or equivalent
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient hygiene, ADLs, and safe transfer techniques
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control best practices and PPE use
Clear, timely communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs during busy shifts
