Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing care on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
Monitor patient vitals and telemetry rhythms with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met holistically
Respond swiftly to emergencies maintaining a calm and steady presence

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in Med Surg Telemetry preferred
Strong telemetry interpretation skills
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm analysis
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient assessment and care planning
Electronic health record proficiency
Effective communication in high-pressure settings
