Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate ventilators to support critical patients breathing easier
Perform bronchoscopies and blood draws with precision and care
Manage BiPAPs, oxygen therapy, and Vapotherm treatments effectively
Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced 444-bed facility
Prioritize tasks under pressure to deliver life-saving respiratory care

Qualifications

Active RRT or CRT certification required
At least 1 year of experience in the field
Critical care experience is a must
ER experience preferred for top consideration

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator operation and management
Skilled in bronchoscopies, blood draws, and airway support
Comfortable with Meditech EMR system
Ability to thrive in stressful conditions while prioritizing patient needs
