Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiovascular surgery patients during critical night shifts
Monitor and assess post-operative conditions to ensure optimal recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met with compassion
Utilize advanced skills to manage complex cases and improve outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in cardiovascular surgery or related field
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Travel nursing experience a plus

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures and recovery protocols
Strong critical thinking and decision-making under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with monitoring equipment and EHR systems
