Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM with stay late on-call 1-2 days per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform large-bore IV starts with precision and confidence
Conduct thorough chin-to-toe hair removal and skin assessments
Administer medications ensuring patient safety every step
Assist with arterial lines, central lines, and epidural placements
Transport patients to OR while supporting induction and intubation
Collaborate seamlessly with the CVOR team in this high-acuity environment
Document meticulously using Cerner to keep everything on track

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to hit the ground running
BLS and ACLS certifications required
2+ years of experience, especially in critical care
PreOp experience is a fantastic plus

Education

RN licensure with relevant nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking skills to thrive in fast-paced scenarios
Excellent documentation and BCMA proficiency
Ability to work independently with high-acuity patients
Outstanding communication with interdepartmental teams
