Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Provide emotional support and education to patients during critical times
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, hospice preferred
BLS certification required
Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hospice and palliative care principles
Proficiency in patient assessment and symptom management
Excellent teamwork and crisis intervention abilities
Familiarity with electronic health records
