Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, including heavy call, weekends and nights as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate advanced ultrasound equipment to capture crystal-clear images of internal structures
Create precise pictures of bones, organs and tissues for accurate patient assessments
Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging that directly impacts patient care
Work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the team
Handle heavy call duties with confidence and expertise

Qualifications

Active BLS, RDMS and RVT certifications required
At least 2 years of hospital experience as an Ultrasound Tech
ACLS preferred for top consideration
Ready to thrive in a teaching hospital setting

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in GE ultrasound systems and sound wave imaging
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Critical thinking and adaptability for independent work
Flexibility for weekends, nights and heavy call
