Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, required to work every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 21-bed ICU
Manage ventilators, vasopressor drips and life-saving interventions
Perform intubations, central lines and bronchoscopies with precision
Monitor sepsis, arrhythmias and med/surg critical cases compassionately
Collaborate with 24/7 intensivists and team for optimal outcomes
Titrate therapies and respond swiftly to changing conditions

Qualifications

Active RN license with minimum 1-2 years acute care ICU experience
Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
Team player with a good sense of humor who thrives in fast-paced environments

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU fundamentals including ventilator management and drip titration
Proficiency with Meditech EMR and Hospira IV pumps
Preferred cardiac experience and CRRT skills
Comfort with 1:1 to 3:1 patient ratios based on acuity
