Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your sharp clinical skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable moments
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong passion for critical care and patient-centered nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
Excellent critical thinking and prioritization under pressure
Compassionate communication with patients and teams
