Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
Collaborate with therapists to create personalized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on exercises for lasting recovery
Track progress and adjust care to maximize outcomes
Foster a positive environment that motivates every patient

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Washington
Physical Therapist Assistant certification
Experience in outpatient or rehab settings preferred

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment abilities
Excellent communication and empathy
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Team collaboration skills
