Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including two weekends per schedule (PM Friday-Saturday, AM Saturday-Sunday) with call requirements twice per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate labor and delivery care to expecting mothers
Circulate in the OR for C-section deliveries with precision and calm
Monitor fetal hearts and maternal health using state-of-the-art GE equipment
Support postpartum recovery and antepartum patients with expertise
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 52 staff to handle 2600 deliveries yearly
Manage inductions, C-sections, and high-risk procedures like a pro

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of L&D experience
Must-have certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
Experience circulating OR for C-section deliveries
Positive, open-minded team player personality

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong L&D background including high-risk deliveries
Proficiency with GE fetal monitoring, Panda warmers, and Hillrom labor beds
Familiarity with CPN and Meditech EMR systems
Skills in postpartum care, inductions, and maternal hemorrhage protocols
