Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM with rotating weekends possible and on-call requirements

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in high-stakes cardiovascular procedures, making a real difference in patients' lives
Observe, assess, and deliver expert care from pre-op to recovery
Master advanced equipment like Impella, ECMO, and bypass pumps to support complex surgeries
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of RNs and techs in a 2-room unit
Document precisely in Meditech while multitasking like a pro

Qualifications

Active RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications
2+ years of current experience in acute OR settings
Ability to scrub and proficiency across all service lines
Critical thinker with excellent bedside manner ready for CVOR challenges

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in robotics, ortho, spine, GYN, vascular, and thoracic surgery
Proficient charting and multi-tasking in high-pressure environments
Hands-on with specialized tools like EVH, rapid transfuser, and laser extraction
Strong team player who thrives in 1:1 patient care scenarios
