Shift Type: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with required call and weekend call

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in complex cardiac and vascular surgeries making a real difference
Assist with high-stakes procedures like CABG, AVR, TAVR and aortic repairs
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a 5-room CVOR handling emergencies with precision
Float to Main OR, CathLab or IR to showcase your versatility
Deliver top-tier patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 2 years of exclusive CVOR experience - cardiac and vascular surgery required
1+ years overall experience, preferably 5+ years for top consideration
Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a team-player attitude

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in scrubbing and circulating CVOR procedures
Familiarity with complex cases including Type A dissections, Impella/ECMO, and robotic thoracic surgery
Strong ability to handle emergencies and work well under pressure
Comfortable with vascular open and endovascular procedures
