Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill patients, making a real difference every shift
Masterfully titrate drips and manage ventilator patients with precision and confidence
Provide hands-on trach care, dressing changes, and turning to ensure patient comfort
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and team members in a fast-paced Oncology ICU environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to float across ICUs, PCU, and BMT as needed
Compassionate team player with excellent physician rapport

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU expertise including vents, BiPAP, and drip titration
Familiarity with CRRT, A-lines, Flow-trak, and IV pumps
Comfortable in Meditech EMR system
Bonus points for transplant experience with kidney, pancreas, or liver patients
