Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, work at least 4 weekends per schedule period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced 16-bed NVICU
Manage central line and A-line placements with precision and confidence
Assist with intubations and EVD placements to make real differences in patient outcomes
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 46 staff members using standard ICU equipment
Navigate Meditech EMR to ensure seamless documentation and patient tracking
Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors to broaden your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of ICU experience
ACLS certification required
Team player attitude thats accountable and caring

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU experience handling complex cases
Familiarity with Meditech EMR a big plus
Oncology and neuro experience preferred for top consideration
Comfort with procedures like central lines, A-lines, intubation, and EVD management
