Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical respiratory care to adult and Level 3 NICU patients, making a real difference in their breathing and recovery
Masterfully operate PB 840 and Draeger vents to support life-saving ventilation
Administer surfactant deliveries with precision and care during crucial moments
Collaborate with a team-oriented staff in a 226-bed facility using Meditech EMR
Adapt to variable patient ratios while helping wherever needed to ensure top-notch care

Qualifications

Active RRT license and current certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience, especially in adult care and Level 3 NICU
Ready to rock royal blue scrubs and jump into team-oriented action

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adult and NICU respiratory therapy
Proficiency with PB 840 and Draeger ventilators
Skilled in surfactant delivery procedures
Comfortable with Meditech EMR system
Team player attitude with flexibility for weekends
