Location: Oscoda, Michigan

Start Date: 07-13-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' function through formal and informal testing to assess skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status
Develop goal-specific treatment plans based on assessments and patient tolerance
Submit and update written treatment regimes coordinated with physicians
Create tailored treatment schedules and discuss them with patients, families, and caregivers
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, alternatives, prognosis, and therapeutic interventions

Qualifications

PT experience required
Outpatient experience required
Acute care experience highly preferred
Active Michigan PT license via LARA or Nursys
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Skills checklist current to within 1 year
2 supervisory references from the last two years
Live outside 50-mile radius - no local candidates
