Shift Type: Nights, 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Step into the charge nurse role and lead with confidence
- Pass medications accurately to make a real difference in residents' lives
- Perform wound care with skill and compassion
- Care for patients with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia in a supportive LTC environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- LTC experience is a must-have for success here
Education
- ADN or BSN preferred, BSN not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in MatrixCare EMR system
- Strong medication administration and wound care skills
- Comfortable managing nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:19 on nights
- Experience with oxygen concentrators and basic resident care
