Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise laboratory tests in blood bank and general areas to deliver critical diagnostic results
- Analyze specimens with expertise to support patient care decisions
- Maintain top-notch lab standards ensuring accuracy and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide reliable insights
- Contribute to crisis response with rapid, high-quality lab services
Qualifications
- Current California CLS or MLS license required
- TB clearance within the past 12 months
- Blood bank experience to hit the ground running
Education
- Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure in California
Knowledge & Skills
- CLS Generalist proficiency
- Strong blood bank expertise
- Attention to detail in high-stakes lab environments
