Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate patient care in the Acute Post-op Unit, making a real difference in recovery journeys
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to patient needs, ensuring safety and comfort
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families on post-operative care for smoother transitions home

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
Current BLS certification, with ACLS preferred
Hospital experience, especially in post-op or acute care settings
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and critical thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with electronic health records and medical equipment
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
