Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to veterans, enhancing their daily living skills
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans
Support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life
Document progress with precision to track meaningful improvements
Foster a compassionate environment that honors veterans' service

Qualifications

Active COTA license in good standing
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with passion for veteran care
Experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred

Education

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance
Current NBCOT certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Excellent patient assessment and care planning abilities
Compassionate communication with diverse residents
Proficiency in documentation and team collaboration
