Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and experience
Optimize schedules, referrals, and workflows to cut wait times and enhance care delivery
Champion safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness in a dynamic outpatient setting
Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring top-notch clinical competencies
Drive continuous improvement through data monitoring and collaborative leadership

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency required within 3 months
Manager Competency required within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Nursing process application in fast-paced environments
Customer service principles and service excellence
Safety and infection control mastery
Effective communication both verbal and written
Clinical assessment, technical equipment use, and problem-solving
