Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy to musculoskeletal and post-operative patients, making real differences in their recovery journeys
Fabricate and modify splints to support patient mobility and independence
Collaborate with a dedicated rehab team in a welcoming outpatient clinic
Manage wound care for post-op cases with skill and compassion
Provide personalized outpatient orthopedic treatments that inspire progress

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist licensure
Outpatient orthopedic/MSK experience strongly preferred
Experience with post-operative rehab
Splint fabrication and modification experience
Wound care experience preferred
CHT certification preferred but not required

Education

Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient ortho and MSK patient care
Skilled in post-operative rehabilitation techniques
Proficient in splint fabrication and modification
Comfortable with wound care in post-op settings
