Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver full-scope cardiopulmonary services to patients of all ages with compassion and expertise
Champion patient rights and dignity in every interaction
Master airway management, ventilator operations, and intubation assistance to save lives
Perform ABG analysis, chest physiotherapy, and suctioning with precision
Conduct PFT testing and procure critical samples like RSV and AFB
Collaborate with physicians and teams to solve complex patient care challenges

Qualifications

Graduate of an AMA accredited Respiratory Therapy program with AS Degree
One year of clinical experience treating hospital patients
National Board of Respiratory Care credentials: CRTT, CRT, RT, or RRT
BLS certification required, ACLS and PALS encouraged

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong language skills to communicate with physicians, patients, and teams
Mathematical prowess for rates, ratios, and data interpretation
Sharp reasoning to solve problems and draw conclusions from complex data
Expertise in respiratory medications, delivery methods, and equipment like ventilators and nebulizers
