Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy to adults and adolescents
Perform comprehensive evaluations including fall risk and gross motor assessments
Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases per week with 10-15 visits daily
Treat diverse orthopedic conditions from ACL tears to rotator cuff repairs
Build and screen caseloads while providing meaningful case management
Contribute to patient recovery and improved quality of life through skilled interventions

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license
1+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy
Comfortable with NextGen EHR system

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic conditions like Achilles tendonitis, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, and total joint replacements
Proficient in fall risk assessments and gross motor evaluations
Strong case management and caseload building abilities
