Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments vital for surgical procedures and patient care
Perform daily biological and sterile supply testing while maintaining accurate logs
Organize and direct instrument needs throughout the facility to keep operations smooth
Assist with endoscopy procedures and stock supplies to support your team
Collaborate across departments to champion patient safety and efficient workflows

Qualifications

CRCST or CER certification required
Bilingual in Spanish is a fantastic plus

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in SPD practices following AVH, AORN, AAMI, HSPA, and CER standards
Strong organizational skills for instrument management and supply stocking
Team player mindset with excellent communication for inter-departmental collaboration
