Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients in mental health crises
• Deliver compassionate individual, family, and group therapy to support healing journeys
• Craft comprehensive discharge plans ensuring safe transitions back to the community
• Provide crisis intervention and psychoeducation to empower patients and families
• Coordinate care and referrals to tackle psychosocial needs head-on
• Track treatment progress and contribute to interdisciplinary plans for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Fully licensed as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Montana (or licensure eligible)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• One year of healthcare experience preferred

• Sound judgment and patience in high-stress environments
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize amid multiple deadlines
• Tact, discretion, and sensitivity while maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency with computer applications and office equipment
• Strong crisis intervention and care coordination abilities
