Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Nights, 3x12s, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM or 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, rotating every third weekend and every third holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics across NICU, ICU, and all facility areas
Operate advanced equipment like PB 840/980 Vents, Hamilton ventilators, and V-60 Respironics with confidence
Collaborate closely with physicians and teams, making independent clinical judgments that save lives
Provide critical support in Level II trauma, surgical, medical, and cardiac settings
Thrive in a respectful environment where your expertise shines

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience, with must-have NICU background
Active ND state license
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, RRT or CRT

Education

RRT or CRT credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with vents like Airvo, PB 840/980, Hamilton C1/MR1, V-60
Strong ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment
EPIC charting expertise
Team player who collaborates seamlessly with physicians and staff
