- Provide compassionate care to geriatric residents, helping them thrive daily
- Assist with daily living activities to promote independence and comfort
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch patient safety
- Support mobility and personal hygiene with patience and respect
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized, heartfelt support
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification in Maryland
- Genuine passion for caring for older adults
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Education
- Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in geriatric care techniques
- Excellent communication with patients and teams
- Empathy and patience in every interaction
- Basic clinical skills for daily assistance
