Roles & Responsibilities
- Restore and maximize patient function through personalized occupational therapy programs
- Evaluate and treat patients to enhance activities of daily living and prevent further limitations
- Help clients achieve their highest performance levels within their unique capabilities
- Collaborate with the Pathways Home Health & Hospice team to deliver compassionate care
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Experience in home health settings preferred
- BLS certification
- Passionate about patient-centered rehabilitation
