Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive sitter support across various floors
- Monitor vital signs and perform hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort
- Assist with feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning for optimal care
- Deliver compassionate care in a dynamic hospital environment
- Float within the region as needed to support team success
Qualifications
- Active WA CNA license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
- Flexibility and positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced setting
