Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Deliver hands-on occupational therapy sessions that make real differences
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess client needs and track progress with compassion and precision
Adapt activities to help patients thrive in daily living

Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license required
Active state licensure in good standing
Experience in occupational therapy settings a plus
Ready to bring your skills to a welcoming facility

Education

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Strong patient assessment and care planning abilities
Excellent communication for building trust with patients
Proficiency in documentation and progress tracking
