Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate psychiatric care to patients
- Monitor and support mental health treatment plans
- Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and document patient progress
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license in California
- Experience in psychiatric or medical settings preferred
- BLS certification
- Ability to work per diem with daily confirmation
Education
- Completion of accredited Psychiatric Technician program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Crisis intervention techniques
- Medication administration proficiency
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
