Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and confidence
Prepare operating rooms for seamless surgeries
Maintain sterile environments to ensure patient safety
Support the surgical team in delivering exceptional care
Handle instruments and supplies with expert efficiency

Qualifications

Active Surgical Tech certification (CST or equivalent)
Current BLS certification
Texas state license if required
Recent experience in a surgical setting
Reliable and detail-oriented team player

Education

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures and instrumentation
Sterile technique and infection control practices
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Quick thinking in fast-paced environments
