Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
Provide direct care for pediatric and adult patients across surgical and medical conditions
Act as a clinical leader, precepting staff and giving direction to LPNs, CNAs, and support teams
Manage patients from admission to discharge, including thoughtful discharge planning

Qualifications

Active RN license
Experience in Med/Surg nursing
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Education

RN degree required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in hospital and ambulatory care settings
Expertise in established policies and procedures
Leadership in precepting and team direction
Effective interaction with diverse patient populations
