Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients head-to-toe and develop personalized care plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver age-specific care across all life stages
Administer medications safely and monitor patient progress with precision
Educate patients and families on their care, empowering them every step of the way
Assist physicians with procedures and ensure a safe, error-free environment
Communicate clearly and document accurately to keep everyone on the same page

Qualifications

Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
BSN preferred for those extra clinical superpowers

Education

Graduate of a Registered Nurse program
BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expert patient assessment and care planning
Age-specific care for infants through geriatrics
Pain management techniques and medication administration
Strong teamwork and communication with healthcare professionals
Technical skills for IVs, equipment handling, and procedures
