Shift Type: Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead hospital-wide supervision ensuring smooth operations
Coordinate age-appropriate patient care with precision and compassion
Step up in the absence of leadership to manage nursing services
Champion the organization's mission through confidential and effective oversight
Drive overall facility management during night shifts

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in Maine or pending endorsement
BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
BSN preferred with graduate from accredited nursing school
Minimum 4 years acute care experience, especially in ED
Ready to function independently in fast-paced settings

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process for patient-centered care
Strong leadership with excellent communication and organization
Expertise in conflict management and problem-solving
Ability to thrive independently and respond swiftly in emergencies
