Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and triage patients swiftly to prioritize urgent needs
Deliver comprehensive care to acutely and critically ill patients
Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood transfusions with precision
Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment like a pro
Collaborate with healthcare pros for top-notch patient outcomes
Initiate patient education plans and maintain ongoing treatments
Clean and bandage wounds while juggling multiple urgent tasks
Document care accurately to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or compact state
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
At least 2 years of professional nursing experience, ideally 1 year in ER
Associate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process and patient assessment
Expert triage skills for high-pressure situations
Proficient in medication administration, IV fluids, and blood transfusions
Skilled operation of specialized medical equipment
Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
