Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac patients and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with physicians to deliver exceptional care
Educate patients and families about treatment plans
Document assessments and interventions accurately

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Telemetry or med-surg experience preferred
BLS certification
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac rhythm interpretation
Patient assessment
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration
